- Collaborate with colleagues, grantees, and consultants to develop compelling briefings, engagement materials, grant proposals, and presentations.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of prospect and donor engagement, including due diligence, timely grant submissions, follow-up communications and reporting in accordance with requirements and expectations.
- Manage the planning and execution of events tailored to donor engagement and recognition.
- Stay updated on trends in relevant sectors and represent the Foundation at networking events to enhance its visibility and strategic positioning.

- Shape and help build the Development function into a creative, resourceful, and results-oriented team.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. A fundraising certification or related professional development is considered a plus.
- 8+ years' experience in fundraising, including donor cultivation, direct engagement, grant writing, stewardship, and reporting.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role within a corporate, non-profit or philanthropic environment.
- Proven track record in engaging high-profile audiences and securing 7- to 8-figure contributions in support of global development efforts from HNWI, corporations and/or foundations.
- Well-established professional network and a solid understanding of current trends in global funding markets across private sector audiences.
