WEHGC empowers girls form 7-17 with the skills, support, and opportunities needed to grow into healthy, productive, and responsible women. Our programs inspire campers to explore, learn, and to experience life in a judgement-free zone. WEHBC provides the best aspects of traditional overnight summer camp in an intentionally small, progressively multicultural, and 100% camper-focused environment. WEHGC proudly leads the way for diversity and inclusion in the US camp industry with 80% of our population from minority and low-income communities. Located in the woods of Southern Maine, campers are welcome regardless of their ability to pay. We keep our overhead and fees low and the majority of our campers are able to attend camp thanks to the generosity of our donors and partners.
