Interview Coaching

This dedicated service is designed to help you approach interviews with confidence, clarity, and a clear sense of purpose. Drawing on our many years of experience within the sector, we will help you move beyond simply rehearsing answers and instead focus on telling your professional story in a compelling and authentic way.

As part of the service, our team will conduct a realistic mock interview tailored to the type of role or organisation you are targeting. The session will be recorded so that you can watch it back and see how you come across to others. Following the mock interview, you will receive detailed, personalised feedback covering both what you say and how you say it. This includes guidance on your body language, tone of voice, structure of answers, and how effectively you demonstrate your experience and motivation.
