Job description

Acquisition (40%)

You will be accountable for digital acquisition campaigns with quantitative targets aligned with your manager, to make sure we acquire new supporters and drive fundraising income from campaigns. Depending on the scale of the campaign, you could either work with a media buy agency, a freelancer, or operate campaigns on your own. Digital channels include but are not restricted to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads. We expect you to optimize the most efficient channels that could bring the best performance and achieve fundraising targets.

Conversion (30%)

You will lead “users segmentation” strategy and operation and will work together with the Head of Digital, the Fundraising team on the users customized journeys, so that: new supporters could receive further customized communication from Make-A-Wish International and could convert to donors; new donors, and existing donors could increase their giving amount or giving frequency, or become recurring donors. A personal income target will be agreed upon with your manager. This will contribute to an overall annual target for the Digital Fundraising Team, which will be agreed upon as part of the annual budgeting process.

Analysing & optimization (20%)

You will work with the Head of Digital to analyse the performance of the acquisition campaigns and activations and suggest the next steps in order to optimize the campaign performance. For all individual data collected through campaigns, you need to collaborate with the Fundraising team, so that the individual data is saved properly and safely.

Affiliates support (10%)

Affiliates support includes 1-to-1 support and 1-to-more support.

1-to-1 support: You will work with the Head of Digital, to support affiliates’ digital acquisition campaigns based on their needs. You will mainly play a “consultant” role to affiliates, instead of operating acquisition campaigns on their behalf.
